Out of stock and late notifying

As another user customer posted here i was EXTREMELY disappointed in the handling of myh recent order. Hats came later than expected, i ordered three hats and only one showed up. Emailed HH only to find out both were out of stick and HH basically said "OOPS, my bad" and that they needed to update the website... like WTF? Like a bunch of amateurs running this company? I want to order more but how do i know it is even in stock. Just not impressed by this 'celebrity hat' company ..

Not great!

My order wasn’t handled properly I ordered a hat and it just didn’t show up and the line item was crossed out. I found out the hat was out of stock and the website wasn’t updated so they told me to pick another hat. That one was out of stock. Not too sure how to choose hats when I don’t know if they are in stock or not and wanted the hat to be sent complimentary for the time I spent dealing with this. I was offered a 10% discount. Wasn’t acceptable when these are supposed to be premium.
