Products are fine. Customer service needs some work.

The return system is a bit of a hassle, but what’s far worse is the super condescending tone of one of their customer service reps, insinuating that I was in someway trying to get one over on the company. I love the products that I’ve purchased in the past, and I’m not one to complain usually, but the treatment I received was genuinely upsetting.
