Products are fine. Customer service needs some work.

The return system is a bit of a hassle, but what’s far worse is the super condescending tone of one of their customer service reps, insinuating that I was in someway trying to get one over on the company. I love the products that I’ve purchased in the past, and I’m not one to complain usually, but the treatment I received was genuinely upsetting.

Cool hat. Cool design. Just not a proper fit for my head shape. I can see it being someone’s favorite hat if it fits right

High quality hat - solid construction and shape

I was unsure if these hats would live up to the hype. After receiving mine I can say that they do. They retain their shape well and I got a lot of compliments on the camo pattern.
