How do I join?

Create a free account here. You'll start earning points right away.
How can I earn points?

Sign up, make purchases, celebrate your birthday, and more. See all the ways to earn points here.
How do I redeem my points?

Log in to your account and your rewards will be ready to use. You can also apply points at checkout.
Is there a minimum number of points I need before I can redeem them?

You'll need at least 200 points to start redeeming rewards. Check your balance anytime by logging in to your account.
Can I earn points on sale or discounted items?

Yes! You earn 1 point for every $1 spent at the time of purchase.
Can I earn points on purchases I made before joining?

Points can't be added to your account from orders you placed before joining. 
Where can I see my points balance?

Log in to your account to find your points balance at the top of the page.
Do my points expire?

Points expire individually based on when they were earned. Each points transaction expires exactly 12 months after it was earned.
Do my rewards expire?

No. Once a reward is activated in your account, it's yours to keep.
Can I use my points alongside a discount code?

In most cases, points can be combined with other promotions. Any exceptions will be noted at checkout.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?

Points earned on a returned order will be deducted from your account once the return is processed.
When do I get my birthday reward?

Your birthday reward is added to your account on your birthday. If you enter your birthday within 1 day of the date, the reward will be issued the following year.
I forgot to use my points at checkout. Can I apply them retroactively?

Points can only be applied before an order is completed.
