Nice Hat, but wrinkles and creases disappointing

Liked the hat, but disappointed in the packaging and the condition the came in. I wasn’t originally gonna leave a negative review on the website but since I just received an email 3 weeks after receiving the hat, requesting for my review, I decided to fill one out. My first issue was that the hat was just thrown in the box without any sort of a bag protecting it, like other retailers do. New Era, Fanatics, Melin, Culture Kings, etc… even Ebay sellers throw the hat in some sort of baggy before it goes in the box. It wasn’t the biggest deal but my real issue was that the hat was badly wrinkled and had some creases on the sides and the back… the structure of the hat is still ok, but these wrinkles and creases were very disappointing, especially for a $50 hat. I’ve tried the hat on but haven’t really worn it yet. I’m hoping the wrinkles can get steamed out, maybe using a damp cloth, or just even wearing enough so that I sweat the creases and wrinkles out of it, I don’t know. I just wished I received the hat in a better condition. I would probably still purchase another hat in the future, hopefully I wouldn’t run into the same issues.
