What is our return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 21 days of purchase as long as the products are still as good as new with original tags intact.

If more than 21 days have passed and you selected Free Returns + Package Protection at checkout, we can only offer store credit as the refund method.

How to Start a Return

Visit our Return Portal to initiate your return or exchange quickly and easily.

Refund Process

Once your return is received by our warehouse, it will be inspected to confirm it meets our return criteria.

In the return portal, you’ll have three options to choose from:

  • Exchange the item

  • Receive in-store credit (issued as a gift card)

  • Refund back to your original payment method

If you select exchange or in-store credit, your request will be processed as soon as your return is in transit. In most cases, your exchange or credit will be available within a few hours of drop-off.

If you choose a refund to your original payment method, this will not be processed until after your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team. Once approved, your refund will be issued within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

*Note: If you did not select Free Returns + Package Protection at checkout and request a refund to your original payment method, a restocking fee will apply to each item returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked final sale (typically items discounted 30% or more)

  • Limited edition products

  • Items with hygiene concerns (such as worn or washed apparel)

Non-returnable items will be clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase.
