Quality issue/ Durability

I’ve had this hat for less than a month and only worn it a handful of times, but unfortunately, the stitching on the back is already coming apart. I really liked the design and had planned on buying more gear and hats, but this kind of quality issue gives me second thoughts. Hoping this was just a one-off defect, but it’s disappointing nonetheless. Wonder if I could send it back and get a new one?

I want to like this hat. But i dont like the new style of hats that are made to sit so far up uour head.

I had to make an exchange as a Forrest Green color instead of the natrual color and my exchage came back as the green one again. Make it make sense? Quality is nice though.
